The purpose of the Staff Monthly Report is to provide a self-assessment tool to VISTA on updates, to promote continuous improvement, solicit feedbacks and get together as a team.
Through this the management is able to find out the root of a problem and get recommendation on how to solve them for efficiency and quality delivery.
At ICS College Nakuru it is our norm that we hold end month reporting meetings from various departments, the lecturers drawn from different departments where they are able to share their own & departmental achievements, challenges ,tasks done and recommendations and all the areas of improvements.
This is important because it helps a team to reach a common decision when urgent and crucial matters need to be discussed and brainstormed through personal interaction and strategies. This to get them committed towards a common goal for client service delivery.
