Kisumu County has demonstrated commitment to reducing cancer mortality, as evidenced by policies such as the “Hope Beyond Cancer Walk” and Free Screening at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital which took place on 2nd October.
ICS College Kisumu campus took part in this great initiative having in mind that cancer is the third leading cause of mortality in Kenya accounting for 7% of annual deaths and thus there is need to create awareness on why it is important to go for screening.
We have six major schools namely the School of Hospitality & Languages, School of Beauty & Fashion Design, School of Media Studies, School of ICT & Engineering, School of Business and School of Social Sciences.
