FRIENDLY SPORTS WITH YMCA CENTRE – KISUMU CAMPUS

There was a friendly match for both ladies and men at YMCA Grounds between ICS College and YMCA Centre students.
Games played included football, volleyball and netball. At ICS College we emphasize on the importance of co-curricular activities such as Sports because it teaches students to maintain physical stamina, the habit of obedience, discipline, the determination to win and increases fitness.
Every Fridays from 2:00pm, students will be going for exercise activities at YMCA Grounds to enable them maintain a healthy lifestyle and also to make early preparations for them to win competitive matches. Students are encouraged to turn up for the different activities that will be planned.
