Course Overview

Human Resource Management is principally about identifying and making effective use of a range of methods and techniques for providing human resources for an organization and ensuring their optimum utilization whilst Human Resource Development is principally about enabling individuals to plan, conduct and evaluate a range of development interventions effectively within their own organization.

This course aims to provide the students with a critical understanding of the theories, frameworks and practices of Human Resource Development and Management.

It equips the graduate with the necessary skills for staff development and training in commerce and industry. Our accredited course work and exams from the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), will ensure that the student remains relevant in this and other professions.
